[Resolved]  Inox Leisure / Inoxmovies.com — Refund not received

I booked 2 tickets on 20.11.2020 and paid through my sbi net banking account but due to night curfew impose by gujarat government the show was cancelled by inox, then they informed me that refund will be credited in my account in next 10 to 15 days, but after 15 days no any refund received in my account, so i contact them and they said that they already refund my amount and also sent details of refund, but till date there is no any refund amount received in my account, i asked my bank about this but they also informed me that there is no any such amount is pending in your account. I contact 2/3 times to inox about this but they have just one answer that they already refunded my amount.
