I am filing this complaint regarding a frustrating experience I had at INOX Virugambakkam on April 30, 2025.
I had booked 3 tickets for a Tamil film via INOX’s platform. However, due to a technical error at the theatre, the scheduled show was abruptly cancelled. We were forced to watch another movie that we did not choose. INOX staff present at the venue acknowledged the issue and assured us that a refund would be processed soon.
It has now been several days, and despite multiple follow-ups, I have not received the promised refund. There has been no communication or resolution from INOX, which I find highly unprofessional and disappointing.

This lack of accountability from a reputed cinema chain is unacceptable. I hereby request the authorities to intervene and ensure that my refund is processed without further delay. If no response is received within 5 working days, I will be forced to escalate this legally.
