This was my first and last experience with PVR INOX. I had booked tickets well in advance, five days prior, yet the show was cancelled without any prior intimation. When I reached today, 19-Dec-25, the staff informed me that the show was cancelled and claimed they had notified me by calling the number [protected]. However, as per records, no such call was made. It is disappointing to see false stories being told to customers who arrive on time, causing unnecessary inconvenience and frustration.
