Dear inox team,

This is to let you know that the behaviour of the lady security guard during the security check was very abrupt and pathetic. No greeting, was busy on the phone, usage of very bad and unwanted and unacceptable language used.
Proper words were i can show my attitude too. Uncourteous behavior

This was he first time when i walked in to the metro inox and i feel that it has to be my last time as i believe pvr and cinemax have more professional staffs and security

Hope there will be an action taken soon as there has to be a way of talking

The unit manager called up and apologised also informed that he will take of the security guard for her behaviour issue also made sure that i was OK with the resolution provided
