The service engineer of Accel Frontline who visited my house for onsite warranty, initially expressed his doubts about the ink cartridges inside the printer being "refilled" ones. When told to sign each cartridge with a marker pen so that those cartridges could be brought to their service centre for thorough inspection and if need arrise for dissection. He refused and commented that he only feels that way though they do not seems to be refill. He then asked me to produce the bill of my previous purchase of the ink cartridges. I just felt to to place a tight kick on his rear end and throw him out of my residence. But the courtesy prevented me doing that.
Next day I got call that print head of my printer cannot be replaced under warranty.II asked the caller to send me in writing.He thereafter sent me a mail asking for invoice of ink cartridges to process the claim. Since when these started settling the claims? instead of providing warranty support.
I have sent a legal notice for non performance, cheating & fraud against this FRAUD company.

All like wise effected consumers are humbly requested to please get in touch with me so that a very strong case be made out against this CHEAT company.

Will someone present a "Tin of commonsense" to the MD of this Dismal Frontline services?

Similar Promlem is faced by me and even after providing Bills od Cartiagrages, they refused to repalce Print Head.

I have purchased printer MFC490CW from brother's dealer microvision sco 111-113, 3rd floor, sec 17b, Chandigarh
sir my printer stop printing black color, and i login complaint in your helpline no for that complaint no.B[protected] dated[protected]
then they give reference of brother customer care ACCELFRONTLINE, sco310, 2nd floor, sec38d located at Chandigarh.
when i contact customer care they ready to send there engineer on the payment basis and they took approval of budget Rs. 6750/=(Rs.2000/=visiting charges +Rs.450/= engineer charges+ Rs 4300/=printer head charges) on mail on 22 march 2011
and they said it will took 15 days to 20 days on availability of the printer head and they send there engineer on dated[protected] with wrong printer head and job remain a s it is.
AFTER that when i contact the customer care they direct me to bring printer to shimla
I took my printer to shimla on dated[protected] and there engineer change head and charged Rs 4350/= and i came back to reckong peo on[protected]
and on[protected] &[protected] printer work ok and on[protected] same problem black color stop working
ON[protected] I REGISTER MY COMPLAINT for that complaint no.B[protected] dated[protected] to solve my problems as soon as possible.

    Accel Frontline Sony Ericsson Service Center Goa

    Hello,

    I had a very hideous, hideous experience in servicing my K790i mobile from this, so called
    fraud company - Accel Frontline Sony Ericsson authorized servicing center, Goa.

    Not just that they could not repair my phone, but above that,
    they stole the memory card from the phone.

    I had given my Sony Ericsson to Accel Frontline on 30th September, 2010 as the ringer had a problem;
    the ring could not be heard when anyone called. I showed it to the receptionist at the front counter,
    practically told her to dial my number and showed her the issue and also displayed how music that was
    saved on the memory card was playing, on the screen, but could not be heard.

    She acknowledged the issue and told me that since the part for replacement was not available I will
    have to keep the phone to the center for a week. She handed me the battery but didnt open the Memory
    card compartment, I took for granted that it will be there when i come back to claim my phone after
    repairs.

    I called after a week and was told that the part is ordered and in transit and will take another week.
    Continous calls after a week yielded no result. It was almost a month now and Since i was totally handicapped
    without my handy phone, I told them that I cannot hang on like this and will collect my phone as they were
    just giving excuses.

    I went to collect my unrepaired phone on 22nd October, 2010 and checked it and saw that all my photos, songs
    and other files were missing from my phone. I told them to open the memory card compartment and was shocked
    to find it missing. On enquiring, the receptionist informed that there was no memory card inside when the phone
    was given for repairs. I remember playing music from the memory card and showing and apprised her of that.
    She flatly denied and also the two so called engineers sitting inside denied opening the memory card compartment
    and stealing my card.

    All I want to convey thorough this letter is to be careful when you give your cellphones to such unethical
    Service centres. Remember to remove the memory card lest you might find it missing when you go to
    claim it and loose all your important files, data, music and memorable photographs.

    Better safe, than sorry later..

    Sony Ericsson — Fraud Service Center of Sony Ericsson Servicing Center; they already submitted feedback

    This is "complaint on Khairatbad sony Ericsson Service Center ", i hav given my sony ericsson k810i phone , for cheking why it is not working.
    Phone was in good condition 2 days before , when i buy new battery for 1459/-Rs, with that battery phone was dead after 1 day.
    i gave in khiratabad servicing center work order no : SE309SI112345 ; on 3rd nov .he kept it for 3 days and told that mother board problem. when i chk that phone , camera was not proper inside and light glass also not there.
    when i went to site, for submitting feed back , it is saying feed back already submitted.
    my complaint here is , i think he took all working parts like IC, Camera..from my phone and gave

      I have submitted my Transcend external hard disk more than 45 days ago since then there is no response from the service center. they even dont pick up the call. in last 45 days after dialling more than 50 times only 1 time call is recieved and that also not responded properly.

        it is under warranty but still they are not given me the status for repair or replace. contact there head office @ chennai they said they are alrady send the my product at andheri office.
        andheri office said we have not yet received your product from ho (Chennai)

        want a launch the complaint agaist this type of bad service.

        i have given my gigabyte motherboard for replacement. the problem is no display

        it is under warranty they are given me three motherboard but that three motherboard has same problem.i request to them do as soon as possible. they are provide me three times faulty motherboard.

          My name is Sridaran Ravikumar , TSO ,HCL TECHNOLOGIES,CHENNAI,INDIA.

          I was a proud owner of a SE K550i mobile. I had a problem with it , the function of the hash key got changed to that of the menu key and i could'nt use any features in the mobile , b'coz the option to cancel or end gets selected automatically.

          I took the mobile to a authorised service centre in vellore( my home town) and the man incharge told after a single glance at the mobile that the problem is with the IC and the mobile has to be sent to chennai.

          I work in chennai and so i got the address of the service centre which is in Greams road , thousand lights , Chennai Ph No: [protected]

          I went there by first week of June'2010.

          I gave my mobile to them and explained the problem and also told about the IC.
          They took my mobile to a "Hardware Check" and after twenty minutes came out and said that the fault is definetly with the keypad.

          They informed me of the charges and told that it would take atleast two days to do the service and also told that I would be updated regarding the progress , which at the first place they didn't!! ( WORK ORDER NUMBER : 19983)

          I had given them my friend's mobile number.

          I waited for a weak and phoned them and i came to know that its ready.

          I went to them happily to receive my mobile and i paid the money and they asked me to check it.

          The worst thing that i saw is the keypad has been changed and the problem become worse. I could see that they haven't checked the mobile after doing the service.

          When i asked about it there came a lethorgic answer that it would have worked when the engineer changed the keypad.


          They again took the mobile to examine it and after an other twenty minutes they informed me that the mobile has to be sent to higher level service and it might take ten days and they are not sure whether the issue will be resolved or not!!
          I saw a person waiting at the centre, he was worrying about his brand new mobile which he gave to this centre before six months!!!
          and still they have it.


          Despite that i gave my mobile to be sent to the higher level service and again they informed me that i would be kept informed, which again did'nt happen.

          My parents were worried at that time b'coz they were not able to contact me. I had no other go and i bought a new samsumg mobile for 2500 Rs.


          I waited , waited and after few days i phoned them daily to know about the mobile and nearly after two and a half weeks time i got an answer that it is ready.


          I went there , they informed me that the problem was with the keypad and they have changed it.
          I paid Rs.664 and got my mobile back and everything was fine.

          For the worse it was only for two days , the problem that i had ,surfaced again!

          I've given Rs.664 for a service which worked only for two days!!

          I had a tight schedule at work and could'nt reach them immediately, but when i phoned they said its ok if i come a week later.

          I sent my friend with all the details , my old keypad, and the mobile with the new key pad.
          It was on 3rd of July


          My friend went there and was not treated well by the staff at there. They made him wait for nearly five hours , and they checked my mobile five to six times facing a negative response from my friend each time.


          Then they shouted at him by saying " Why do you complain again and again by saying keypad not working? Don't you know how to use a mobile?"


          He works for Cognizant and a techie by himself faced this nasty behaviour , blasted at them and after which
          they came to a conclusion.

          They said that the mobile will be kept under examination by the engineers and will inform us about the results.

          They informed me finally that the problem can't be resolved by the engineers as the problem is with the board and they promised me my money back.

          Its not a happy news b'coz they found the problem only after a month and i'm skeptical about the skills of the engineers who work their and also at the " Higher Level Service".

          They gave me a lot of mental stress and i was worried about my mobile loosing concentration on my work

          Now they got the new keypad back and said that they have ro send an email to someone incharge to get the money back and it would take a week to get a response because the money was paid last month.

          I had already spent a month and a half without my mobile and it was on 12th of july 2010

          I wonder why would that be , a week to get a response to give me my money back !!

          But still i accepted b'coz i was not in a mood to fight and i also convinced myself with the reason they told me.

          And again i was informed that i would be kept infromed, which fro the third time did'nt happen!!!

          I'm still waiting for a response from them!!

          I had mental stress above all i did'nt have my mobile in my hands for more than a month!

          I loved being a sony ericsson mobile user and so do my friends , and i still would buy an other SE mobile in future.

          But with this level of customer service experience i highly doubt that it would happen!!!

          I hope that i would get my money back soon and i would be glad to become a member of the SE again only if that happens!!

          Please do the needfull!!

            Hi,

            I have give a Fly mobile for service at Accel Front Line Service Care at Bangalore.
            For a problem with the display system. I shown the problem to them also.

            It took nearly 6 months for getting response from them, I was calling them frequently but they were saying still it they didn't get the necessary parts.
            After few days when I called to them they said there was a problem with sound button(which will be at the side of the phone for increasing and decreasing volume).
            So I told ok make it ready will wait for few more days.
            After so many days they are saying that the mobile is dead. and there is a problem with mother board.
            While giving mobile to them I shown them that the mobile is getting switched on and also told to them that there is only problem with display I am able to charge and also I am able to hear songs, they also verified that the sound is coming during the startup of the phone. but now they are saying problem with mother board and it is dead.

            What I should do now???

                I submitted Moser Baer 's 4GB pendrive to Accel Frontline Services Limited, 601-604, Ashok ABhawan, Nehru Place, New Delhi - 110019, Ph:[protected].
                I submitted the pendrive to the company on 23rd Jan, 2010. I was told that I would be confirmed about the product in next 15 days. Now it's more than 20 days and there is no body picking up the calls even to give me any update on the product. Every time I call them up, the phone rings and is disconnected. This is height of their callousness. I wish somebody could respond to this complaint.

                  Hi Team,

                  I am one of your quite old customers for Seagate HDD.

                  But I am regret to say that the Service quality that I am getting from Seagate and it partners, AccelFrontline, has added nightmares to my life. This is one of my Horrible experiences to share with you. I really have some more from the past, but to talk about them is equally wasting our time.

                  I have a 500 GB Seagate HDD waiting for a 3rd Replacement almost within an year and a half year. I applied for a leave from my office and I walked to the Service Center. The person at the front desk was busy in talking to a security guard. I waited for 5 mins and later when I asked him that i am waiting to submit the HDD, he asked me if I have a Registration ID .. I replied , "No, I don't" ... He gave me a slip and with the URL http://myservice.accelwms.in and adv me to get a one before visiting he Service Center again. The way he said was like he was disappointed because of my intervention in his chit-chat with the Security Guard.

                  I came back home and i generated a Work Order and want back to teh service center again and now the same rude guy told me to bring its ESD bag along with the HDD for submission. i told him that this piece of information could have been mentioned on the URL that he gave me. Moreover he could have mentioned the same when he gave me the URL link other day.;

                  He replied that he is not responsible for all these informations,(though he was seated at Front desk for same, but he might thinks that he has been posted there to break the chairs by sitting idle or spending time with chit-chats ).

                  Some of the guy who were also pissed of due to the similar experiences advised me that i can get a ESD bag from the market @ Rs 5. I went to the Market and i enquired from 15-20 shops, but they do not sell such Bags.

                  I came back to the Service center again and explained the situation and the person @ help desk was as always Rude and non-cooperative. I went to the Mr Vasant who was perhaps the Supervisor over there. And surprisingly, he also was also helpless, to help me out and said that I should have read the notice board in the office..... I explained him that on the notice board he has displayed so many advertisements for at least dozen of Products including Lexmark, Kingston etc... so how do know if i am supposed to look at the notice board more over the Frontdesk should have guided me or the URL http://myservice.accelwms.in should have this information ..... Mr Vasant told me that he has no time to entertain customers like me and if I am still willing to submit the HDD he will reject it...
                  I waited for about 45 minutes and submitted the HDD and received a Letter of Rejection due to no ESD Bag.

                  Hello Seagate, I am no more willing to take leaves from my office and I want Seagate to look into this matter and send someone to receive the non-working HDD and return back to my home (of course without charging me) within the stipulated time...... or ready to face the legal actions.

                  I had bought a 320 GB Hard drive on 21/07/2009 . Now after just a few months I am not able to boot up my system.                   Its not the fault of Seagate. The main culprit here is Accel Frontline. I had faced a similar problem from these guys. My 3 months old Brother DCP 195C developed some printing problem. The oversmart engineer from Accel Frontline, who had come to my residence for onsite warranty support asked me to produce the Bill for the subsequent purchases made by me of Brother ink cartridges. I told him to show me the clause in the terms & condition of warranty. He then started telling me that these full cartridges seems to be refilled. I then asked him to sign each cartridge and then I will personally bring them to his service centre at Nehru Place, New Delhi for thorough inspection & dissection. If its prove that the cartridges are refilled I forgo the warranty & tender my apologies. But if its proved that the ink cartridges are not refilled then I'll make his MD tender unconditional & unqualified apologies to me and also extend the warranty by another year.
                  Thereafter that oversmart chap left. Next day one Mr. Asif fron Accel Frontline informed me over phone that print head requires replacement and the same cannot be provided under warranty.He also asked me to talk to some Mr. Avinash of Brother. I told him that I'm not prepared to talk to anyone and that he should communicate the same thing in writing. Next day that guy sent me mail asking for the Bill/Invoice of the printer and the ink cartridge to "process my claim". You all can imagine how he changed his stand from no warranty to warranty if bill is produced - of ink cartridges. This had happened only on 2/11/10 and the mail received on 4/11/10.
                  I am filing a criminal case against the Accel Frontline and as well as against Brother International India Pvt. Ltd.The service engineer and/or Accel Frontline cannot creat their own terms for warranty support.
                  Tomorrow Maruti Suzuki will also start asking for petrol bill when engine problem will occur.
                  This appears to me like a racket for extortion.
                  I request all like minded people/customers who had suffered in hands of Accel Frontline officials should contact me so that I can mention all the facts in my brief (Legal suit) and am able to teach these a lesson for life.

                    Ya i agree with saurabh and i can feel his feelings, because i also one of the unsatisfied and badly wounded customer by the service of Accel Service centre. First i went to Accel Sony service centre in Chennai greams road on 15th October 2009 for mobile not charging. After checkedup the mobile they told me that it is a mother board problem we can resolve it withing 3 working days after 3 days i called them they ask me for one week time, after one week time i called again they given a wrong commitment by the way they took almost 1 and a half months time still they didnt resolve it and refuse to give back the mobile. The person Hari and Karthik contact person they cheated me by giving wrong commitments and not attending the phone calls. Now i am not going to take delivery of my mobile even they resolved it. Some body help me to get the justice and to punish them.

                    Same story for me too. Atleast you guys are lucky, Sony Ericsson has other service centers. But for me Asus has left me with no other option but Accel Frontline. Lot of other users who have bought phones from Fly, videocon, orion, kaarbon are also likely to be in my situation. By the way I had similar experience for my Fly phone for which I suspect they misplaced a faulty battery for my phone.

                    Why did I buy Asus phone? Because I checked and confirmed that Asus had dedicated service center and Accel was not involved. But my fate, now Asus has decided to outsource, I am stuck with Accel Frontline and their underpowered, unproffessional, unethical, careless & insincere staff. I am certainly not going to recommend Asus mainly because of this inefficient service center. Now I have bought a Samsung phone, hope their service is good if I need.

                    I dont know what to say. Is it the problem with the consumer electronic companies or our law? I am pretty sure that a company cannot survive with this kind of attitude in service centers in countries like US or UK or Aus or anywhere other than India & Africa. The Chinese & Japanese have their own companies which are dedicated. The pakistani's & middle east cannot be treated like us because they have their own way of dealing with rude people. So we may be independant according to constitution, but slaves to these patriatic foreign companies & fraudulant, insensitive Indians. Well I see the "East India company" growing again. Jai Hind !!!

                    they are not attending to the problem and not trying to rectify the problem.

                    The person Hari (also mentioned above) is a naive and irresponsible candidate. he tries to give back the mobile thou it has problems. he wont admit that the problem is there in the set.

                    Hi guys i also faced the same proble. I have my mobile to service center 2 months back for Microphone problem and they have channged my mother board. after one month i faced the same probelem and they took my mobile for service and they agreed that the micro phone got repaired, we will replace the same and return back to you within three days. But after 10 days regular folloup with them i got my mobile.(With out changing anything). during recieving the mobile is somewhat ok but the workorder says part replaced. i used only 3 days i faced the same micro phone problem. but in the mean time i went Mumbai for my offcial purpose. i return back to chennai after 20 days (during my trip i used headphoe for attending the calls). i gone to Accel service center for my proble, they said your phone got water damaged we are unable to repair it. then i went to outside service center for replace the same they said the mico phone was not changed this orginal fitted by sony.
                    10 days they kept my ideal then return back to me with out changing anything.

                    They make us foolish.

                    Advice to all dont go to Greems road ACCL Service center. they are sitting there for cheating us,
                    I also cheated by Accel Thiru building, Greams road, Chennai - 600 006. It is a worst service centre. Dont go for Accel Service centre, Greems road chennai near Appollo hospital.

                      I am getting same reply every time. So what do I think about your company? I think your product is out of market of your company is out of market that’s why there is no stock and so I don’t get my RAM replacement.
                      As my knowledge distributers and dealers are shadow and mirror of company reputation. But as your transcend product user I am not satisfy with your service because my laptop is useless without RAM since last two month because of your bad services only.
                      And keep one thing I never recommend your product to my friends and my relatives because whatever your company is but your service is bull sheet. As a common man if you will think you will come to know that one RAM replacement never take 2 months to get replacement in whenever in whole world.
                      At last really I tell you what rubbish service is providing from your side. One RAM you can’t replace when it’s faulty and also under warranty. If your BIG Company is not ready or able to replace it then tell me I will buy new one. I will think that transcend want money only not customer relations.

                      I had problem with my Transcend RAM. which given at Accel Fornline Pune on 30 july 2009, at that time they told it will take just 15 Days for replacement. But now almost 5 months passes, But they doesn’t replaced RAM. When tried to contact on phone no, It always busy (Hooked off). Then I rushed to office then they just wait for some days. When I asked to return my RAM as it is, then they refused to give me back.
                      All we people should go Consumer Forum Against Accel Fronline.

                      I gave my defective transcend RAM for service in Accel frontline greams road, chennai on 16/11/2009. While giving my RAM they told that my RAM will be replaced within 3 weeks. I went to Accel after 3 weeks. They said to me that it needs 30 days time for replacement and asked me to come after 2 weeks. I went there exactly on 16/12/2009. They told me that it will take 45 days for replacement. What they are thinking about customers.. Dont we have any other job? Still I didnt got my RAM back. Please dont buy TRANSCEND products. Create awareness to your friends. Now I am going to file a case in consumer court and approach legally against them.
                      Transcend wants me to wait for 3 Months for a replacement RAM !

                      Appalling After sales service.

                      Please reconsider your options before buying any Transcend products.

                      Who is the culprit Transcend or Accel Frontline ?
                      Accel Frontline do not know:

                      What they have to do
                      What they want to do
                      What are they supposed to do
                      What are they doing

                      And with this attitude, they do not seem to learn it ever!

                      A sample:

                      I walk in to them with a seagate hard disk. Another person walks in with another seagate hard disk.

                      Accel accepts both and asks us to come the next week. We both come next week and they return the same products to each o[censored]s, my HD packed and sealed to him, his HD sealed and packed to me. Simple. You still have complaints, come, we shall replace it with someone else' i s their attitude.
                      I am also facing a similar issue with Transcend (and Accel). The company seems to have a very poor attitude towards its customers. I will never again buy any product from Transcend. I also advise everyone else to stay away from their products, as the company's priority list does not include customer service or satisfaction.

                      Here's my case. My 2 GB RAM failed during August 2010 and I immediately gave it for replacement. I was told it would take 25 days to get a replacement and I was shocked. It was not an expensive, outdated or rare product that I was returning. It was a cheap 2 GB memory module which is still in the market, and as I learned later, still in stock at the stores. When the company has the product available for sales, why couldn't it make it available for warranty replacement? What is the point of warranty then?

                      But I had to accept and leave as I had no choice. 25 days passed, and now almost 50 days are gone. I am stuck with an useless system at home, as you all know RAM is an essential component. Transcend does not seem to know or care.

                      I don't have the money to buy a new memory module and even if I did, I am unsure if the timings of the new module will match the replacement module if it ever arrives. So thanks to Transcend, my mind is stressed on a daily basis, which I am sure must have affected my mental and physical health. I am stressed because I am helpless, have nobody to complain to (Accel is only a partner company and I can't blame them for anything other than partnering with a *&^%$ company like Transcend).

                      Anyone who reads this, I beg you to spread the word and advise all of your friends to treat Transcend products like the plague. If you have already bought from the company, cross your fingers and pray on a daily basis that you never have to approach them for warranty replacement, because there seems to be no such thing.

                      That was Damn straight! I agree with you since i had the same experience as you!

                      A week ago i took my defective seagate drive to ACCEL FRONTLINE for warranty service, they took my drive and gave somekind of job sheet. They said it will take upto 15 days for replacement. Just before i was leaving there came another person with the same problem...Oh Wait! also with the same specs as my drive... WHAT...A...COINCIDENCE...! !...same barracuda 7200 here...same barracuda 7200 there...180gb here...180gb there...!!??

                      And a four or five days later they message me "that your replacement to your defective drive serian no...case id..yada yada..etc., etc...is ready! (that was 10 to 11 days earlier than they mentioned...and am sure they aren't flipkart"..!)

                      Next day i went to their centre where they gave me a hdd sealed, packed inside esd cover. The label on top ot hdd states "Certified repaired HDD" At first i was happy thinking..."time god...they didnt return my HDD back pasting a new label on it!
                      i took it home, connected the hard drive to my system and powered my system readying to install os into my hard drive!

                      But wait!..."kick".."kick"..."kick"...what's that sound i'm hearing!...hmmmmm!...sounds familar..."kick"...!!!

                      Yes! the sound is familiar because my old defective drive the one i gave for the warranty service used to produce the same familiar sound as this one!!! (the sound of an DeadHead)

                      And for a moment i had thoughts "...looks like my drive is stuck with that Mr. COINCIDENCE..."
                      and wondered "I wish i had my old drive back!"... end of story!!!

                        TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM ACCEL FRONTLINE MUMBAI (Tardeo Centre). The two girls at the reception are unable to handle the customers. they are always on the phone inspite of a customer in front of them. I have spent not less than 60 minutes every time i went there. Unfortunately my family had purchased 4 sony eric handsets and hence the frequent visits to the centre.

                        One handset w 580i was under warranty when given for repairs, they did a patch up job... it worked for 30 days and then packed up. Now that it is out of warranty they say we cant repair it, motherboard issue etc. HOW CAN A HANDSET WORTH Rs 10000 be unrepairable in 13 months??

                        Another handset K 810i was moisture affected(within 4 days of purchase )as i live on the sea face and in 2007 mumbai had the worst monsoon. As usual Accel said they cant do anything. I wrote at leat three mails to SOny ericcson but they only sent a standard auto reply message. A local mobile repair shop repaired it for Rs 3000 and it is working to date.

                        ONE EXPECTS A CERTAIN LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM MNC BRANDS...BUT THIS IS NOT THE CASE WITH SONY. THEIR PHONES CONK OFF MUCH FASTER THAN NOKIA OR MOTOROLA AND THEIR SERVICE QUALITY IS TERRIBLE.

                        I have given feedback to the new manager Mr Sonar at the tardeo service centre and he has assured me that now Accel is part of BRITISH TELECOM and he will make sure the earlier problems are sorted out. I CAN SAY " I HOPE SO'

                          I am yet another victim of the Horrible service and fradulent transactions at Accel Frontline, Chennai.
                          I had purchased a Sony Erricson F305 phone and spilled some liquid on it by mistake. I took it to Accel Frontline, Greams Road Chennai which happens to be an authorized service center for Sony Erricson. My problems started the minute i walked in.
                          1. The attitude of the staff was VERY RUDE
                          2. They was absolutely no efficiency and i waited 3 hours just to hand over my phone for servicing
                          3. They made me sign a receipt which i realized is not mine and someone else. I asked them to tear it and give me a proper receipt. They replied in a careless manner that it doesnt matter!!!
                          4. They took my phone with the Memory card - and when they handed over the phone they refused taking it. They ROBBED ME OF MY MEMORY CARD!!!
                          5. Phone calls are never answered, No decent replies and robbing people - This is what Accel Frontline Greams Road Chennai is all about.

                          I do agree you. The people (working) over there are not responding well. The 2 lines are always busy. I'm residing in the outer city which is very long. So i wanna confirm b'fore going to the service center. My complaints given to them were very clear but they have entered the same in a ridiculous way. I couldn't even understand what they have entered as complaints for there future reference. It is so bad and has to prosecuted.
                          I also had the same kind of experience in serviceing the Computer motherboard.

                          i joined for a networking and solaris course, they appointed a faculty who doesn't know anything about the subject, before that they gave lot of comitments ane collected the full course fees. now this mater is in consumer forum and i won the case they gone for apeal.

                          cheating is their main policy. the people are trained for that only (All Accel Group of companies).

                          my expectation is to file a case against to that company like me. then only they will learn the lesson.

I have my cash receipt and service bill and i am ready to come to court to produce it if they cancel the authorization and take the necessary action and wholesome amount of money as the compensation amount for the group of peoples who are affected by the mobile service of this particular concern. I gave my mobile SONY ERICSSON K 790i for the navigation key problem but they return my phone as broken case, misplaced screws, scrathed camera and some problems in my mobile as i gave a complaint for navigation key problem in such a pity conditions the customers to that concern are...
                          Very true. Accel's service is inefficient and they are notoriously rude to their customers. All their service centers hardly pick up their telephones or they keep you on hold forever. Guess this attitude has become the norm in India where customers are stuck under the heel of corporates - thank the judiciary system in India. No wonder, India is a haven for international companies and top indian corporates. The key policy they adhere to is "You can get away with doing anything with the customer".

                            I had given my mobile (Fly SX 300) to repair to Accel Frontline at Nehru Place(New Delhi) and the Mobile is still under warranty. I had given my mobile on 08th of jan 2009 but still there is no responce from service center.And if i call them they never use to attend the calls, and even if they attend the call they use to say the Mobile part is under pending so call me in the next week.
                            This complaint is not only against Accel frontline (Service provider) but also for the Fly mobile producer My Handset Call No-DEL-FL-014713/2008

                            so please take care for the need full action for the above one nd oblige me...

                              Dear Sir,

                              My name is Mrs. Seema Nande. I had submitted my Mobile (No. A-SWAP-V90) having serial no. [protected] model V90 to your service centre ACCEL FRONTLINE LIMITED at Nagpur vide Call No. NGP-FL-011757/2008 dt. 17.12.2008 for repairing.


                              Since then, I follow-up several times in Nagpur office, but the answer is same for ever call that your mobile has been sent to Chennai for repairing. 1-1/2 months are already gone. I request you to kindly look into this matter & repair my mobile at the earliest or otherwise please issue me new handset.


                              Kindly treat this matter most urgent.

                                I Am nikhil from Banglore, I also Serviced my cell from
                                Accel Frontline.
                                Accel Frontline chek my mobile in 15 days . Only i know
                                how In-Professional behavior they Are.Don't know they have
                                Not qualified Enginears Or what matters.
                                But The process is too time consuming.
                                And again you Are the person did any way to Submit

                                  Dear Concern,

                                  I ahve surrendered my mobile phone at Accel frontline ltd at greams road, Chennai a month before (24/09/2008), but still i am unable to trace my instrument and they are not giving any responsible answers, whenver i am trying to call them they wont lift the phones or they keep the phones down for a long time.

                                  Because of their laziness i am getting the hit in work, please help me to get the instrument in perfect condition ASAP

                                    I have bough a new Sony Ericsson w910i mobile on 10th July 18, 2008.With in a week time its start hanging and not able to operate as the error message operation failed. For servicing went to Sony Ericsson Service centre SALORA, they tried installing the software thrice but no go, as they advices me to go Sony Ericsson service centre “ACCEL FRONTLINE LIMITED” in Greems Road, they are asking my mobile for 3days to track the issue. I don’t know the how long time they need to complete the service.

                                    I’m really fed up of this Sony Ericsson W910i model and the service provider.

                                    The performance of this mobile is very bad. It’s nothing but only stylish. But...the mobile performance is better the service providers

                                      The service agent's behaviour that by accepting the product for a service the agent seems to be content that their responsibility seizes by just handing the customer a mere acknowledgement for the handed product.They should realise that they are being paid for by the customer for the service they provide on behalf of the representing company and the customer too.Their lethargy in saying that they are not aware of the status of the product arrival and the probable due date for the service of the product does not make them feel that they need not be paid for the effort which was left for it to happen by itself.They should intimate the company they are representing(Sony Ericcson) about their charity they are running.If they are running it for charity there are so many other ways to beg and plead to make money without misleading others as if they are responsible to collect a defective product and return it with proper comunication.

                                      Really I telling this, The Accel Team Members are sincere and dedicated employees and supporting organization.

                                      I must appreciate the excellent support provided by all Accel Team Members in Madurai to accomplish the replacement of my Transcend Pen Drive earlier to the targeted time.

                                      Also My sincere thanks to the entire Transcend Organization for supporting us well ... this was possible due to the excellent support provided by the Accel team throughout the country...
