I have done transaction related to RBI grade b online application which is an amount of Rs 850. It has been debited by my account but not acknowledged by ibps. Iam submitting the relevant details and the transaction was done by scanning qr code by Amazon pay. Please look into the matter.

    On 2nd April 2022, I Gaurav made payment for the application of RBI grade B (GENERAL). The amount is debited from my bank account but showing transaction failed in the application. I didn't receive the transaction amount which i made back in my bank account. As mention at the time of making payment on page that they shall reverse the amount into my bank account. I tried to connect on IBPS customer care but i am not able to connect with them.
    The details of transactions provided below.
    Kindly do the needful and return the transaction amount which was considered unpaid into my application.

            On 7th March 2022, I applied for the RBI Assistant through the IBPS website and made a payment of Rs 450 as shown on website. My money was deducted from my bank account but payment status is showing failed [Failure]. I have also requested IBPS through Grievance portal but they are not responding to my complaint. I am requesting you to reslove this issue ASAP. Thank you.

                            I have made transaction for ongoing ESIC exam fee, its desucted from my a/c but system shows not paid, i made this on 7th feb2022 and again paid on 10th both time amount deducted but fee not paid.so total amount is 1000 rs
                            My upi transaction as shown in my bank app-transaction to[protected] upi /dr/[protected] on 7th feb.
                            And for 10th feb-Transfer to[protected] upi/dr/[protected]

                            Plz refund me my 1000rs.

                              While applying for ESIC UDC after filling details I made the payment using my paytm upi and the amount was deducted from bank but the payment window timed out and my payment status failed. Even after 48 hrs neither my payment was completed nor the bank refund my amount of 250. So below I am providing my payment id photo.

                                    I had applied for SEBI grade A and made a payment of Rs 1000. The amount has been debited from my account but the payment status is showing failure (Transaction not allowed). My IBPS transaction ID is sebiaofdec21LV[protected]v1 and my payment gateway transaction ID is WHMP[protected].
                                    Please resolve this issue and initiate the refund ASAP.
