Have paid 850 Rs. for ibps po application fee on November 10 through UPI scanner code. The amount deducted from my bank account but it shows your previous transaction not completed. Please resolve my issue asap.

I have filing a complaint again about an amount of rs 850 deducted from my bank account on 7th Nov 2021 for ibps po form filling but the payment was not completed and i had to make teh payment again but still i haven't gotten any refund ...plese look into the matter .

I Akash mandal made payment for the application of IBPS CRP PO/MT-XI . The amount is debited from my account but showing unpaid in the application. So again i made the same payment second time. Now my application is showing it's successfully paid but, I didn't receive the transaction amount which i made the first time which was considered unpaid into my application. As mentioned at the time of making payment on page that they shall reverse the amount into my bank Account . I tried to connect with executive on helpline numbers for the same but i not able to connect with them . The details of transactions provided below. Kindly do the needful and return the transaction amount which was considered unpaid into my application.

On 9th Nov, I have paid Rs 850 for registering for IBPS PO exam.The amount was deducted from my account.But in IBPS site it was showing "transaction failed".I have raised complaint also.I was told to pay the fees again for registering and that the previous amount will be transferred back as the payment failed .
I paid again.But I didn't get the previous amount.It was already deducted from my account.Please refund me the amount Rs850

On 9th Nov, I paid Rs.850 for the application throughout UPI. The ammount was deducted in my bank account but on IBPS site showed"transaction failed" . Again paid on 10th Nov Rs. 850 on IBPS site the ammount was deducted but transaction was failed. Kindly look at the problem and please refund my money as soon as possible, total 1700.

In 10/11/2021 (5:47 p.m ), I have applied for upcoming IBPS po and I done all the process and I have paid my application payment and it was shown as successful payment in my transaction but in IBPS website it was showing as ( payment not completed ) . After in that particular date itself the application closing date . I don't get any confirmation form IBPS, I want my money back, I kindly request you to refund my amount .

On 7th NOVEMBER 2021, I applied for the upcoming IBPS PO exam and also paid the necessary fee required. I went to my email to save the login credentials provided by IBPS but the there was no such mail.Now I login to take the printout of my application form, showing the payment is incomplete however the fee Rs.850 also got deducted from my account. I request IBPS to please provide me with a solution here.
