[Resolved]  Aviva Life Insurance & Indusind Bank — MIS-SELLING PRODUCT AND FORGERY OF SIGNATURE

Indusind Bank and Aviva Life Insurance have sold a regular 15 year insurance policy to a retired person having Rs 400,000 premium per year, without telling the policy details. We were told that this is a single premium policy and can be withdrawn after 1 year. On top of this, without our knowledge they have FORGED signatures on the ECS form and have taken money from our account. Infact the ECS form was not even attached to the policy document therefore we were not aware of any ECS being attached to the policy till the money was debited from our account.
When contacted Aviva and Indusind Bank, both have been putting the blame on each other. Indusind Bank nodal officer has not even replied to the e-mail sent by us 2 months back. Neither Aviva's grievance redressal cell has provided with any satisfactory response.
We have been running around since October 2012, but this issue has not resolved.

Pls let us know what should be done. This is a case of cheating and forgery.
