I know a guy named Satish Bejenki alias Satish Bonagiri etc, who is not even a graduate but works as a Manager Sales at Kotak Life Insurance. This is the sorry state of affairs of Kotak’s hiring policy. They don't even bother to check the background of the candidates who apply for jobs with them. It is time that IRDA should take steps to tighten to regulate institutions such as Kotak, so people are saved from such ill trained and unqualified guys advising them on their life savings.

He also happens to be a defaulter of ICICI Bank Personal Loan, which he managed to get using falsified pay-slips in the past.
