Am very frustrated with this company. we did 2 policies recently on my fathers name () which are still under freelook period. out of which i want to cancel 1 policy with policy number[protected] of Rs 140495 but the branch is not ready to process my cancellation. i have been trying to cancel this in the branch since last 15 days but nobody seems to be responding and gives us one or the other reasons/excuses whereas the freelook expires today (6th April 2013) also had couple of conference calls with customer care rep and the branch agent. the rep tried to help and advised the branch to assist to cancel but still the branch gives reasons like Link failure etc etc. if this is how customers are treated, i would definitly not maintain any relation with this company and would cancel both the policies. i would definitely not sit quitely and let my hard earned money go waste. I would take this upto IRDA (Insurance Regulation and Development Authority), Govt of India Was this information helpful? |
