[Resolved] Airtel Value Pack — unauthorised deduction | |||
Sir , At-AIRINF from airtel prepaid mobile internet service deducted the following amount unauthorized and without my prior consent -- Rs 85.00 on dated 17/12/2012 for any value pack Rs 15.00 on dated 18/12/2012 for airtel animation value pack. Nw cn airtel deactivate this service from y mobile n return back the amount whch hv been chrgd and activated the service unnecessarily. Mobile no. [protected]. Thnx n hope u people wil react n solve ths problem soon. Activation n amount deduction date 17th june n time 11.30pm
