I Miss Priya Singh, R/o N-22, Second Floor, Mukherjee Nagar, New Delhi, am requesting you to disconnect the service as soon as possible. I made a request for the connection on 26th of September 2012 and my connection was activated on 03.10.2012. However, till date i am not able to avail the service since the set up is not working. Since 5 days, I am continuously trying to call your staff members to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, no one turned up. I need net connection 24x7. My plan was :

Free Minutes Rs.1000
Broadband Data transfer limit 15 GB
Download Speed * 8 Mbps till 15 GB, 512 Kbps post that
