[Resolved] Tikona Broadband Service — account closed still sending bills | |||
Dear, I have taken broad band connection on 2nd Jan from TiKONA and sales person vijay ([protected]) came to home give connection. It worked fine till 26th jan. I requested to solve problem. It did not work. I immediately asked for closure. Since there were n number of mails sent and n number calls were given to service people. Finally in the month of May disconnection took place they took their unit. And instead of repayment (as mean time I made payment of 1600/- ) to them for have smooth closure and with understanding that, I will get refund... Then I am surprised with closure time considered. I have proof mails that I requested for account closure on 23rd feb and they considered May as closure date. I am supposed to get back 500/- but now they are sending monthly bills to me.
