Dear Consumer Form, I have subscribed Tikona Broad band internet from January 2012 My Account number was:- [protected] Since the day I subscribe Tikona it was not working & I am getting problem with internet connection. Most of the time it is not connecting to internet or not getting any speed . 95% of the time i am getting this problem. I have call help desk several time but the problem doesn’t resolve. Hence i decided to to Quite it in March 12. I have made all the payments. But every month after March Tikona Billing department call me twice a week for the payment and started harassment. When i call Customer care they say there is no due from my side but Billing department keeps calling me for Now they have made a hight there adovicate(Cell [protected]) call me for Rs1099 to be paid immediatly other wise i need to come to Pune for tiral. How can they launch a complaint against me if i have subsribe in Pune , Maharashtra I want this harassment to be stop from Tikona and what ever the payment i have made extra to be return to me.
