[Resolved]  Tikona Digital Service — Poor/Interrupted service

Mr. Nair,

My name is Abhishek Sood and my customer id. is [protected], I am facing connectivity issues from atleast 3 to 4 months, keeping in mind the monsoon season I never complained untill 9th of September 2013, but as the monsoon got over the problem still persisted and therefore I was forced to complain about the same. Since then I have been constantly tortured by Tikona. I even sent you an email on September 4, 2013, but it was all in vain.
During the past 1 month atleast two people have visited my place to resolve the connectivity issue, every person had there own reason for the connectivity issue. One Mr. Muzabil Shjeikh told me that my building is located right in between the two network towers and therefore the signal keeps on jumping and therefore he moved the device by mere 30 degrees and claimed that the issue is resolved. Another Mr. Bhoir (I dont remember his first name) told me that my device is faulty and is located at wrong place and if I can manage to get the new model device that has just been introduced by tikona my issue will be resolved, but as there is extra cost involved tikona will not do it for me. There was one Mr. Avinash Pol also involved to whom my problem was assigned atleast ten times but every time he called and asked for his convenient timing to come to my house and eventually he never turned up at my place.
Now, as the connectivity issue persisted I called your customer service again (who by the way is very unskilled and rude, I have call recordings to prove this!!). This time I had a chat with number of supervisors, (I don't remember there names) who again gave me various reasons ranging from low single, poor connectivity, device dropping packets, device jumping single, problem with the tower from where I am getting single, etc, etc. To prove my point I am attaching all the calls I made to your customer service in past one month.
One of your supervisors Mr. Sandeep R. Yadav even agreed to the point that there is some issue with my device and it needs to be checked, after this my connectivity was placed under observation. After a day I got a call from another "Sandeep" who told me that my device was "dropping packets" and the issue is fixed and there will be no problem from now on. I had no issues for the next two days. But after two days the problem again came back. This time I had a chat with various people, but two of your supervisions are wroth mentioning for all the wrong reasons, there names are Ms. Quram and Mr. Abimanyu Sharma. Ms. Quram clearly told me that disconnection happens sometimes and I should not take it that seriously. Listening to this I asked her to transfer my call to her supervisor who happens to be Mr. Abimanyu Sharma, he after some discussion promised me two things,
1) I will be getting a new device of new model within next 24 to 48 hrs. and
2) My complain will not be given to Mr. Avinash Pol because he never turns up at my house
But again my problem was assigned to Mr. Avinash Pol and when I called him he informed me that he can only give me an old repaired device of old model. Listening to this I again called Mr. Abhimanyu Sharma who was very rude this time and told me that he cannot give me new device and very rudely told me that there is no problem with my device and I am complaining for nothing from past one month. This behavior is completely unacceptable, I mean do you think I have time to call you guys again again and write you such big emails. I have to be the biggest looser on the planet if Mr. Sharma's claim is right.
I would like to again mention that I have emailed you earlier also, but nothing was done at that time also, this proves that ever you don't care about your customer's problems. Let me remind you that we fund your salary and that Air Conditioned office you guys sit in. And if your don't care about us soon you guys will be left with no customers and no jobs. And going by your company's reviews online that day seems not too far. If you really care about your customers then I request you to please send some qualified person to my house to check about the real issue and if required replace the device with a new model for better connectivity. If that is not possible that refund my money with effect from 9th September 2013, the day from which I started complaining. And please do listen to the calls I am attaching to understand the insult I have gone through specially from Ms. Quram and Mr. Abhimanyu Sharma.
But let me remind you that, if you think that by loosing me as a customer you will lose only one customer, you are wrong. I am putting this email on all customer websites and your facebook page and being a professor by profession I meet atleast 100 new people every day, I will tell each one of them about my experience with tikona. I will keep doing this untill I have place last nail in tikona's coffin.
