[Resolved] Intex Mobile / Intex Technologies — mobile fake description about sim compatibility in advertisement | |
Dear intex fellows, Last 26/09/2017 i puchase a new intex smartphone (Intex aqua cloud q11 4g) from amazon. As per you product description it shows me sim slot 2 supports : 2g/3g/4g. But as on now i'am unable to enjoy 3g/4g in sim2 slot. It works only 2g. I checked with airtel, idea, reliance, jio sims. Non of this not working as 4g. What is your explanation on this. You published as a 4g + 4g mobilee. But it is only 4g + 2g mobile only. What is your explanation Was this information helpful? | |
