IOCL — Online booking of INDANE gas refill. | |||
My LPGID is[protected]. My consumer number is 04678. Registered mobile no. [protected] My LPG Distributor is BINA INDANE / BENACHITY / DURGAPUR / WEST BENGAL. I booked a cylinder refill on date 26.12.2016 by online payment through my SBI debit card. The booking number is [protected] dt. 26.12.2017. The payment was recorded successful and Rs. 616/- debited from my account. Distributor delivered the cylinder on 06.01.2017. But, on 12.01.2017, my distributor sent his delivery boy and claimed the amount of Rs. 616/- in cash for the above booking of cylinder. He urge that the online payment money has not credited in his bank account no. [protected] by IOCL. Hence the distributor forced me to pay the sum in cash. After arguing for sometime, I failed to maintain my stamina due to fear of blocking of gas connection by the distributor and paid him the demanded money in cash of Rs. 616/- again. Thus I have paid twice of money for a single cylinder. Recently I visited to the distributor for refund of the cash paid. But he is telling that the money is still not credited in his account by IOCL. I am hopeless and too fear of any online payment. Please guide me. What to do? Was this information helpful? | |||
