ION Broadband — complain regarding from morning 6.00am till evening 8.00pm no internet and pathetic customer service | |||||
From morning 6.00 am till evening 8.00pm I didn't have internat connection on dated 20.02.2018. Even after repetitive CALL TO customer service team it was not solved. Every time customer service team is telling they will resolve within 10 min. it is a back end issue and they will resolve it in urgent basis. Till afternoon when i didn't receive internet connectivity, I asked for the extension of my due date of recharge due to internet was not been there for the whole day. I have the ticket number (TKT1037702). Till evening 7.30pm when I didn't receive the internet, I had to call customer service again and scold the person and he told that i will resolve now only. After this incident I got the internet. That means there were no problem at all and from morning i didn't have internet connection. This is the case for every 2nd day. If I didn't receive confirmation of my extension for the due date of recharge by tomorrow and call from the higher authority regarding this, I will write to each and every consumer FORUM and complain about this in consumer court also. and will disconnect after this month, since ACT, Hathway is now available in my area. Worst service. Even after complaining 4-5 times on phone and personally visiting the branch office, they seem to ignore it completely. Very bad experience.
