IRB Infrastructure — Complaint regarding double charges at Khalapur toll naka

My Car registration number is MH 46 BQ 7583.I was travelling Pune to Mumbai on 19 Oct 2021 . On reaching Khalapur toll naka at 1.40 pm, 67=00 we're deducted from my fast tag and I was told that there is no balance in my account and I was charged 203=00 . I have the reciept of it and also a message from my bank account of 67 rs deduction. This is cheating. What should I do?
