[Resolved]  IRB Infrastructure — duplicate toll amounts being taken from travelers due to fastag

I traveled from pune to alibag in pune-mumbai expressway on 2/11/2019 and returned. Following transactions has been done.

Your fastag a/c has been debited for rs. 173 for transaction by vehicle majgxxmtkgkc55694 at toll talegaon toll plaza on[protected]t14:13:17.

Your fastag a/c has been debited for rs. 57 for transaction by vehicle majgxxmtkgkc55694 at toll khalapur toll plaza on[protected]t14:53:49.

This is loot and harassment. I experienced this last time as well. How shall i get this refunded?

We are in receipt of your email dated 03/11/2019, In this regard, would like to inform as under

1. Pursuant to expiry of concession period for Mumbai-Pune Expressway, we have already handed over project to MSRDC on 10/8/2019. The incident forwarded to us is subsequent to our handing over of project to MSRDC and therefore we express our inability to comment on same.

2. You are requested to take the matter with MSRDC and/or concerned Toll Plaza Operator.

Dear sir my car is local vehicle its number GJ05RE6816 which is registering on surat rto i am passings my car in last lane but due to FASTag they deducted my amount so i will request you please refund my amount
