Irctc — amount not refunded against my cancelled tickets | |||
Hi team, Please be informed that i cancelled my ticket with pnr: [protected] and [protected] on 4/5/18 however till now i haven't received any refund amount. I booked the tickets through debit card, but as per their mail they said they would refund in paytm wallet. It's been more than 12 days there is no response to my mail at [protected]@irctc and whenever i call they always give the # answer due to technical issue they cannot check the details. My question are: Why my refund is not credited? Why they are saying they would return in paytm wallet when i booked through debit card? Why they are not replying to my mail?? Why this much of technical issue occurs in the irctc, specially when u call? Why after getting connected to customer care they are disconnecting the call?? Please help me.
