SIR, TO-DAY[protected] I HAVE BOOKED ONE E- TICKET Transaction ID: [protected] Train No./Name: 12632 / NELLAI EXPRESS PNRNo: [protected] Payment Option: Canara Bank Ticket Charge: 1925.0 Service Charge: 11.24 Total: 1936.24.This amount is debited from my account. BUT IN MY BANK ACCOUNT THERE IS ANOTHR WRONG DEBIT FOR Ticket Charge: 1551.24 ATM FEE:13.48 Total:1564.72 FOR THIS DEBIT no Transaction ID and No PNR No. is generated. I am shocked to notice that how do you debit for an unbooked e-ticket without my payment order? I request the authority to correct the mistake and refund the amount to my account immediately.
