Ibook a ticket from nzm to saugor [ mp] 3 times on 17/04/2017 at 18:40 pm. By the name praveen jain & aarti jain in train no. 12122. I pay money throw pnb atm card in 2 times and by sbi net banking one times. But i did not get e ticket print and any message from irctc for confermation of e ticket. . But i get sms from pnb bank that they duduct rs 777 / 00 and rs 777/00 from my account. Please check and refund rs 1554=00 as early as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I cancelled my two tickets yesterday and yet the amount has not been refunded in my account. Nor do the receive my call in customer care.

I had booked a ticket with PNR number [protected]. As the WL ticket got canceled, a message was also received that the amount of 2325 shall be refunded in the account. The registered mobile number is [protected].
But the irony is there has been no such refund done.
Please look into the matter as soon as possible.
