[Resolved] Irctc — eticket booking failed but the amount debited from account | |||
Dear sir, through Internet, I wanted to book a e- ticket from Asansol to Barkakana, journey date 11/06/2014 and payment was successfully done through SBI Netbanking, at IRCTC txn# [protected]IGV0390345 TRANSFER TO [protected] SBI I.R.C.T.C. COLLECT on 06/02/2014. But after successful payment I did not get any PNR for this. When I have checked my plan history, there was no ticket was booked but the amount was reduced from account. Yesterday, I got a private message from a user of this forum "helpdesk1800"
His private message was as following :-
pls provide us your mobile number
I thought, it was from https://www.consumercomplaints.in so I pm him my mobile number and today I got two fraud calls asking for my ATM CARD and PIN number.
consumercomplaints Administrator is requested to take an strict action against this user.
