IRCTC — Filed TDR, but CR REPUDIATE

I had booked my ticket for SWV NANDED SPL (07660) Kalyan Jn. to Pune Jn.
On Mon, 14 Sep which was scheduled to be departed at 18:15 from KYN station. However, the train was late for more than 3 hours and I had not travelled and had to take a cab to reach PUNE.
On 15th, I filed TDR which got rejected and the status shows
CR REPUDIATE. Please let us know the reason for rejecting TDR because it was filed on time and the train was late for more than 3 hours.
