Irctc — Improper Checking | |||
I have booked ticket for my father from howrah to Chennai central and PNR Number is :[protected]. While booking tatkal ticket in ""age"" field i have selected as "5" instead of ""58"" and ID proof i have given PAN Card number. PAN Number and Name matches with TTR List. But while giving the ID Proof, TTR Said even a kid with 5 years of age has pan card. How is it possible to get PAN card at the age of 5 ???? Now my father does not have seat even after booking tatkal ticket for 3A coach. Even after booking tatkal ticket by paying INR.1300 we dont get seat. Is this how people work?? This is not FAIR at all. Kindly look into this issue in priority basis. Very much unhappy with IRCTC/Railway service. Was this information helpful? | |||
