Respected sir, The amount 312.7 rupees was debited from my account on date 28.11.2020 for the purpose of railway ticked booking. The mode of payment used was paytm. After failure in booking a refund has been initiated by irctc The refund transaction details as provided by ictc are given below: Refund Id: [protected] Refund amount: 235 Rupees Refund status- refunded.
