Irctc — money was deducted but didn't get the tickets | |
Hi, I have tried to book tickets from irctc app on nov 6th, 2019 and made the payment through google pay via razorpay. Money was deducted from my account but tickets were never booked (Irctc didn't receive the money). Doj - 18th nov, 2019 Travelling - aurangabad to pune (2 tickets) Transaction id[protected]Google pay) Kindly look into it and revert back the money. Was this information helpful? | |
