[Resolved] Irctc — No preference is given for a consumer while booking | |||
When i started booking my ticket in TATKAL Quota from Mayiladuthurai(TN) To Chennai the availability of ticket was 117 then i started booking, when i came to the passenger details page there it showed the Ticket availabilty as 79.So i proceeded with the process and in the payment screen the Ticket availabilty was 79, so i proceeded with the payment with my citi bank credit card then after all the process completion my Ticket Status was CKWL 23, 24, 25. I never asked for a Wait List Ticket and I was Booking the Available ticket only, If there is No Available Tickets the system should not Proceed and How can i get a Wait List Ticket without prior information on their payment screen.
