Irctc — No Refund for almost 2 Month

Dear Sir/ Madam, This is heights of irresponsibility of the Indian Railways, irrespective of the board that issues the refund. A meager amount of 2045 INR is taking almost 2 MONTHS to be refunded. I had to face the inconveniences because of your incompetence of the delayed trains and now the inconvenience of not getting my money back. This has gone way out of hand and i have showed enough of patience. Following are my details for your reference : Transaction ID : [protected] PNR Number : [protected] Train Number : 12141 Name of passenger : Arindam Pal TDR filed : 8th Feb 2015. IRCTC only provides access to Railway Passenger Reservation System through its server and internet connectivity to book the ticket through it. Railway and IRCTC are different entities. TDR filed by the customers are directly dealt by the concerned Railway for decision. IRCTC has no role in deciding the refund. On receipt of refund amount from the Railways, it is credited to the account of the customer through same payment gateway which was used while making booking.
