Irctc — Non allotting Lower Birth for my aged (Sr. citizen, age 70 yrs) mother

I had booked 3 tickets under PNR No.[protected] for travelling from Howrah to Mathura by Udyan abha Express on 15.08.2015. While booking the tickets, I had mentioned Sr.Citizen quota with the choice of Lower Birth. But alas! not a single Lower Birth is allotted to any of the 3 members. My mother has recently undergone "both Knee Replacement" surgery. As such it is not possible for her to travel in Middle/Upper Birth. I, therefore request you to allot atleast one Lower Birth under the above PNR.
