Sir, i vijaya kumar v has booked 2nd a/c ticket through an agent saarthi, agent name manoj kumar, 35 /459 trilokpuri east, delhi on 27 aug 2017. Journey date was 26 aug 2017. Later on i came to know that the train no 16787/ten jammu has been partially cancelled between tirupati and svdk on 25/8/2017 thereby i have denied for boarding the train on 26 aug 2017 at 9.30 am due to partial cancellation of train 16787/ten jammu. Till date i have neither received the amount rs.2999/ paid to the saarthi for reservation. Kindly inform me through saarthi.

Sir till date neither recd any refund to the Agent SAARTHII(Manoj KUmar) nor get any information from Indian Railway. Why should I suffer. Indian Railway has to refund the amount Rs.2999 to me through the agent.Email address of the agent is [email protected]. The Train No. was 16787/TEN JAMMU EXP. and the date of journey was 26 Aug 2017. The agents Phone No. is 9999091579, 8800433190. Pl resolve my case immediately through higher ups.
