[Resolved] Irctc — Not getting a ticket on 18.10.2014 | |||
It is highly disappointing when i was booking ticket on 18/10/2014 morning at 10:00 am the website gets failed to deliver. The calender which shows date was unavailable for some time at 10:00 am. Because of that i could not book the ticket. I am working in a bank and frequently travels to my hometown. there are lot of agent who booked ticket despite that problem i dont know how they could manage. Being working in an organization you can not go to station for booking a ticket. My query is " Who is responsible for this?" Railway should seek the solution of this agent system which looted the customers on festivals for booking tickets. i booked a ticket 60 days before travelling at 8.25 am but got only waiting ticket 46 its not cleared till now.
