Irctc — payment not refunded in irctc

I had cancelled an e-ticket having PNR no- [protected] on 9th July 2017 but amount rs320 is not credited in my account till today. Kindly resolve my problem.

What the #### is happening with IRCTC,
I am facing the same problem with following details:

I had booked two tickets in 14224/BUDHPURNIMA EXP and paid using my debit card(Bank of India), the payment gateway was payu. Then It was cancelled because of not confirmation of ticket and its showing refunded but I have not got the money till now. Please have a look below for further info. :

Whenever I check my Refund status, it shows REFUNDED TO BANK, but it shows bank name as PAYUMPP. KINDLY RESOLVE MY PROBLEM. Please suggest how can i get my money back

I had cancelled the ticket on 16.02.2018. And amount of 415 has to be credited to my account. But after 2 days also it is not done.in the website it is showing refunded on 19.02.18 and bank name as payumpp. Details as below.
