Irctc — Refund for cancelled flight awaited

We booked the Spicejet flight (SG 118) on 3rd Nov, 2014 for a 22nd jan, 2015 flight from Mumbai to Delhi.But Spicejet sent us a mail & sms on 26th Dec, 2014 that due to operational reasons the flight has been cancelled.We quickly booked another flight on Go Air and simultaneously mailed IRCTC & Spicejet to refund the money to our account.We also tried calling on their helpline nos.but could not get through. It has been 1.5 months but no such reply or refund has been made to our accounts. We have mailed them more than 3 times but in vain. Kindly help.

Updated by kunaldev10 We booked the Spicejet flight (SG 118) PNR No.ZY88JT on 3rd Nov, 2014 for a 22nd jan, 2015 flight from Mumbai to Delhi.But Spicejet sent us a mail & sms on 26th Dec, 2014 that due to operational reasons the flight has been cancelled.We quickly booked another flight on Go Air and simultaneously mailed IRCTC & Spicejet to refund the money to our account.We also tried calling on their helpline nos.but could not get through.
It has been 1.5 months but no such reply or refund has been made to our accounts.
We have mailed them more than 3 times but in vain.
