[Resolved] Irctc — refund not received for cancellation of e-ticket after completion of 3 &half months | |||
I had made reservation from Dhanbad to Secunderabad on 3rd July by transaction id [protected], pnr no. [protected] and cancelled this ticket on same day i.e., 3rd July 2014, receipt no. was 16463422 and booked another ticket on 3rd july by transaction id no. [protected], pnr no. [protected] and cancelled that ticket on dated 27th july, receipt no. was 16819194 . But unfortunately the cancelled amount has not been debited till now in my account . On scrutiny of refund status shown as a gateway of axis bank ( axisvbvpg) for both ticket . I neither have any account in axis bank nor used gateway of AXIS bank. It is requested to search and debit my refund in my SBI account please because cancellation of first ticket had already been passed four month and cancellation of second ticket had already been passed 2 and half month. It is further intimated that for above said refund I have already contacted to State bank of India ( Kumardhubi branch) and AXIS bank, the axis bank given us a mail stating that “ We refer to your appended email regarding the transaction done on other bank’s Debit card. Kindly inform the customer to cantact SBI to claim the refund from merchant . However, merchant used axisvbvpg payment gateway to process the transaction. “ Requested to probe into matter of my financial gain as a refund please. Your early reply is solicitated please.
