[Resolved] Irctc — tdr refund complaint

Dear Sir/Madam, I had booked a ticket from PATNA JN (PNBE) to ANAND VIHAR TRM (ANVT) journey date14-Aug-2014, but the train got late from more than 12 hours.I had filed the TDR on the next day at 15-Aug-2014 05:06:20 HRS. The status of TDR showing CR Repudiate.I was waiting for the train but the train got late so much so I have filled the TDR little late.Please help me on this asap. As per rule total amount of ticket should be refunded if the train gets late more than 3 hours. Dear Sir/Madam, I had booked a ticket from PATNA JN (PNBE) to ANAND VIHAR TRM (ANVT) journey date 06.09.2017.But it was waiting list, still that amount is not received, Satyabrata Mohan, my transaction id:[protected], PNR:[protected], train:17015, Vishakha express.Please explain me the reason for delay

i kaluram i booked a ticket form chandigarh to new jalpaiguri date 23.5.2018 train bo 15904 amount 1280 was debited form my axis bank acc no [protected] but the ticket was not booked
so i request you to please look this matter & refund my money
