I booked my ticket through IRTC online on[protected] train 12760 from Kazipet to chennai central that is tatkal booking with in half and hour railway irtc authorities deducted Rs.130/- I did not received the said amount of Rs.2500/- till date[protected] more than 3 days. I request is that railway irtc authorities have to pay interest from the day of cancellation to till date this thing is applicable to all the peoples

The journey was from Hazrat Nizamuddin to Jhansi(04th Feb, 2017 00:10 hrs).
This train got rescheduled by over 3 hrs(actually by over 10 hrs).
Hence, I booked another tatkal ticket PNR [protected] by train 12002.
The journey was from New Delhi to Jhansi(04th Feb, 2017 06:00 hrs).
And filed a TDR against PNR [protected] with Cancellation id - [protected].
But the TDR is rejected with a reason : NO EDR HAS BEEN FED AGAINST PARTICULAR PNR AS PARTY HAS TRAVELLED.
How can a single person be at two places(New Delhi and Jhansi)at the same time.
As the train 12002 reached jhansi at around 12:15 pm and train 12172 left nizamuddin at around 2:00 pm or later.
Even after raising the issue with irctc, Rail Ministry twitter account, Railway Minister's twitter account, it remains un resolved.
This time, i have a proof that i travelled by the other train, even then the issue is not rectified,
What if i wouldn't have travelled by the train due to trains getting delayed in winters.
This TDR filing is not at all transparent and such a big issue.
