Dear Sir/Madam, I had booked a ticket from NDLS to MFP journey date 2Aug2014, but the train got late from more than 12 hours.I had filed the TDR on the same day at 02-Aug-2014 17:39:48 HRS.The status of TDR showing CR Repudiate.I was waiting for the train but the train got late so much so I have filled the TDR little late.Please help me on this asap. As per rule total amount of ticket should be refunded if the train gets late more than 3 hours. there are 2 issues.
1) I have booked 5 tickets from Bangalore to ahmadnagar on 29, May, 2015. Out of which, only 3 tickets got confirmed. two are in waiting list. out of those three tickets, only two passengers had travelled. we had cancelled one ticket and applied TDR.
So, we need a) TDR amount for that one ticket.
b) for the remaining two tickets which are waitlisted, we need to get full refund amount.
But we didn't get any refund till now.

2) I had booked two tatkal tickets from Bangalore to ahmandnagar on 29, may. But both got waitlisted when chart is prepared. We got the refund back with deduction of 100 rupees. as per IRCTC rules, we need to get full refund for waitlisted tatkal tickets.

I have filed TDR 3 hours before and it should have been refunded but its still not done.
Can you please verify and initiate the refund.
We could not travel using the following ticket since 3 Senior Citizens were assigned upper birth. I
filed TDR immediately but I am getting following technical message for rejection of my TDR. Invalid
Time stamp is not my mistake.

This is no fault of mine. We could not travel only because 3 Senior Citizens were assigned upper birth.
Kindly refund the amount immediately, as we could not travel.

Hi Team,

I had filed a TDR against train cancellation on 20 Feb 2016 as train got cancelled due to Jat Akrakshan.

I had boarded the train from Delhi Cant. There was an official announcement at Gurgaon station that the train is cancelled. After returning home I filed the TDR near about 1 PM. But at the timing of filing I was not able to select option that train cancelled so I choose option that train is late more than three hours and half of the passengers left.

From than I am in continuously in touch with Irctc customer care and they are saying yes according to their information train got cancelled and you will receive your refund in 90 working days...since than I was waiting for my money and today I got response that your TDR Status is TDR Repudiate.

I had filed a TDR against train cancellation for 03 July 2016 as train got cancelled due to some accident of other train between Surat and Bandra station. Our train was waiting there from 03:30 am till 10:00 am in the morning.

I had boarded the train from Ahmedabad. There was an official announcement at Surat station that the train is cancelled. After returning home I filed the TDR near on 05 July 2016 .

Hi,

I booked the train ticket(PNR No [protected]) for the journey on Mon Jan 02 23:25:00 IST 2017.
But my train was delayed more than +6hr and same info was announced at railway station as well.
Also at the same time spot train info showing train may delayed 12+ hr . So I took another train and I filed TDR (for PNR No [protected] ) before train departure at that station.

But TDR status showing as below

“Reason for TDR Registration Failed: Invalid TDR Timestmap : DELAY “

Reason for TDR rejection looks false. So please check and refund the money or do needful in this.

In case if am wrong please let me know the reason.


Rule is like “TDR to be filed within two hours of actual departure of the train in case of Confirmed Tickets”.
In my scenario, its looks like system calculated the time based on scheduled departure time. But it should calculate departure time. One more info 2nd jan few trains are cancelled and so many trains got delayed(more then 20+ trains).

So please do needful in this.
