[Resolved] IRCTC UBI prepaid card — Registration problem | |||||
I have tried applying for IRCTC UBI Prepaid card twice and the payment was successful via Citrus Pay(total of Rs.1000 has been debited from my bank account) but I didn't receive any confirmation from the merchant. Also, my application wasn't registered successfully. Its been a week but I didn't receive the money back to my Bank account yet. I contacted Citrus Pay and they asked me to contact IRCTC. Therefore, I contacted IRCTC and they asked me to contact Union Bank of India. UBI customer rep. gave me an E-mail ID([protected]@unionbankofindia.com) and I sent an E-mail along with the attached information. Till now I've not received any response regarding this issue. I'd request IRCTC to take immediate action on this problem before I take any legal step. Was this information helpful? | |||||
Sep 23, 2015 Complaint marked as Resolved After ten days, they've refunded the money back to my bank account. But, I'm not satisfied with the customer service provided. | |||||
