IRCTC/online Ticket Booking — Cancelled my ticket and it is showing status as amount refunded but still it is not credited into my account

I had cancelled my ticket on 02/07/2017 and my cancellation id is [protected] and on 05/07/2017 it is showing in IRCTC website that my amount is refunded into my account.But i have not received it into my account.

I had booked the tickets through my SBI card and in the refund history the bank name is shown as ICICI, I had chceked with my bank but the amount is niot refunded.

Kindly do the needful in refunding my amount!!!
