BXCPK6150P Name- CHANDAN KUMAR, i had also given resignation to BHARTI AXA life ins Malleshwaram brach Bangalore on 31 march 2019 still no action has been taken and still my urn no., licence no., agent id is appearing in IRDA pan look up portal so please delete and do the needful.
