Irechargeonline.com — Money deducted but recharge not done, now amount also not being refunded. | |||||
On 22/4/16, I made two successful vodafone recharges of Rs. 2000/- each on irechargeonline.com, and received Payment success acknowledgements IDs : 52773819 & 52773797 for Rs. 200/- each. Immediately the money ws also deducted from my HDFC bank accounts. Now 3 months have passed, and inspite of continuous reminders on emails and their only phone number which I managed to find somehow, [protected], neither has vodafone received the payment, nor the amount has been refunded back to me. I received emails from irechargeonline that the amount has been refunded and will be credited to my account in 7 to 10 days, and the same thing was promised to me by the person speaking on their phone, but now almost 2 months have passed, but there is no sign of any refund.
