Iredeem.in — need to know tracking id for order in iredeem

Hi team,

I have redeemed a hdfc voucher (Voucher code - hdfcucb) for benetton-12f-br-watch from iredeem.in on 16.09.2018. Transaction id is [protected], but i have not got any order id or tracking id from iredeem to track or to know the status of my order. How do i track my order? My bank account has already been debited by rs.411.82.

I need the refund of my amount deducted from bank.
Please do the needful for me.

Updated by babaiArnab Today A man called me regarding refund of my amount deducted by iredeem.in. They refused to refund in HDFC BANK and instantly disconnected the line. When I called to that number the man spoke in a vulger way with excessive use of abusive words. Probably this should not be the way of talking as an executive. Even when I told him that I will go to police he was repeatedly using slangs.
Can anyone knows how to ban this fake website iredeem.in?
