Practically I feel like they create a fake and virtual conference like environment and try to make candidates lure into the trap. I feel like they are only interested with the caption money. Even the reviews in various website are also made by their own people with different user names. Once a candidate pays the registration amount, they dont even bother to pick up phone calls. Even they give damn to the asking emails. Its no way that one can approach them.

You had paid Rs.1000 for your evaluation on 21st Nov and your case was transferred to our counselor for detailed evaluation (it usually takes 2-3 days for payment confirmation and transfer of case to the counselor). There was certainly a delay of 2-3 days in responding to you, but you had a conversation on 28th Nov and the counselor explained to you the next steps.
Your refund of Rs.1000 is now under process and you will receive a mail from our legal team for the same.
Your comments seem very harsh for a few days delay. It would have been more prudent if you had sent a mail to our team before writing on such public platforms. We did not receive any complaint mail from you in this short period.

Hello ISA team,
I want some genuine reference from your team about persons migrated to Canada.
I took some references from your team in Hyderabad but they email id's seems to be fake... Because none of them have Facebook account and when. I search their email id in Google not much useful information found.
I have seen so many good reviews about your organization but some how I feel something wrong with ISA based on references provided by your team.

I have also gone through the similar framework, post I provided the first instalment. They rarely care about the candidate. I have been asking for the refund but there is no positive response..I am filling complaint against them.
