ITC — 6 nights stay rewards was not added to my BonVoy memebership till date

I stayed in ITC Chola hotel from 10-Dec-22 to 16-dec-22 and at the time of my check-in, I gave my business card along with my membership number noted on it. But at the check-out time they not transferred my reward points to my membership id. On the same called customer care and they said the Reception team is looking after this and will get back, but no one came till today. Later spoke to the Duty manager about the same. Though I got a mail from him, till today it was not actioned. Reminder mails are also sent but still no response
