ITC — Aashirvaad atta not delivered by distributor

Address:Draiyabad Prayagraj (ALLAHABAD)

I own a shop in prayagraj, uttarpradesh. I sell most of the products of itc but i am having difficulty to get the aashirvaad aata as the distibutor of my area is not coming to take orders.
Not sure why he is not coming, can this be addressed
I will share my shop details and contact number once i get any response on this.
