ITC — Complaint - Aashirvaad atta 5KG - Powder have chlorine smell not fit to consume

I've been consuming Aashirvaad atta for more than ten years. Last week, I bought 5 kg of it because the roti I was making smelled like chlorine and I couldn't eat it.
Then we checked the aata powder smell in the pack, which also smelt of chlorine. Request to take necessary action and replace the product.
I called the toll-free number, but I am not getting a response from the customer service
