I, Bikash Das, am the owner of Bikash Variety Stores in Salt Lake, Kolkata. This is to bring to your kind information that the ciggerate supplier here, Madhuri Commodities Private Limited, is not supplying me ciggertes properly. Mr. Tapan, the salesman who attends to my shop says that the company is not giving them any stocks whereas I know they are selling it outside at extra price. Complaint to the supplier himself has not helped with vague responses. Also the don't care attitude of the salesman as well as the supplier shows the lack of professionalism in them.
I know that there is no other company I can switch over to for ciggertes but if this will be the state of affairs in recent future then maybe I'll have to stop selling ciggerates. If the company can kindly look into the matter and ensure a regular supply of ciggerates I would be highly obliged.
