ITC — Complaint against distributor - VIPUL AGENCIES

I am a retailer named BOOK PLANET in MORADABAD. I have GST registered and shop added with distributor also. I have already purchased many products of ITC limited from distributor VIPUL AGENCIES MORADABAD. Many times i asked to distributor to send a sales person of BINGO PRODUCTS but any sales person of BINGO CHIPS not visit my shop. Please favor with me and inform to distributor VIPUL AGENCIES to send a sales person of BINGO for visit the shop and take an order of BINGO products.
